Grandview Terrace GID

Please remember:
From November 1st to April 30th, the water allotment is 10,000 gallons per household per month.
From May 1st to October 31st, the allotment increases to 16,000 gallons per month.
Any usage beyond these amounts will be billed at $0.005 per gallon. That’s half a penny for each extra gallon. 💧New rates and usage charges starting January 1st 2026﻿
